Return and Refund Policy

At AfroTasteStyle, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about an eligible item purchased online, you may request a return in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Change-of-mind returns
You may notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to cancel your purchase. After notifying us, you should return the item within 14 days.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and with any original packaging where applicable.

African print fabrics
Please check the product description carefully before purchasing. Fabrics that have been cut, altered, personalised or supplied to a customer’s specific requirements may not be eligible for cancellation or return where an applicable legal exception applies.

If a fabric is sold as a full, uncut piece and you wish to return it because you have changed your mind, please contact us before returning it.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your legal rights.

Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and checked, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Where required by law, refunds will include the standard delivery charge paid for the original order. Additional delivery costs for an express service may not be refundable where applicable.

Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
